Manifolds & Needle Valves

SD range of Manifolds and needle valves are designed for use with various Instrumentation equipment and can be installed to control, isolate, measure, calibrate, equalize, drain, vent or differentiate the pressure of gases and liquids.

These are available in forged body or in bar stock with two valve, three valve or five valve design and with NPT/BSP/BSPT port connections with various mounting and supporting methods.

SD range of Needle valves and Manifolds comprises of Stainless Steel Manifolds, Brass Manifolds, Brass Needle Valves, Stainless Steel Needle Valves and many more. These products come in various sizes, sealing styles, end connections and stem types. They are available in bar stock as well as in forged construction. Main feature of our Needle valves is that its stems are interchangeable with any of its valves of the similar configurations thus resulting in low cost and less inventory.

Manifolds Valves

Manifold valves development and manufacture, S. D. Industries are able to introduce most comprehensive range of manifold valves. In this design, selection can be made from a comprehensive range of bodies with variety of connections and valve positions, optimising installations.

Types :
Two valve manifold combination of instrument Isolation to gether with Bleed / Vent & test facilities, in this 1) Separate or Remote Mounting, 2) T-type, 3) H-type or direct.

Three valve manifold combination of two instrument Isolation to gether with one Equaliser, in this 1)
Separate or Remote mounting, 2) T-type, 3) H-type or direct mounting, 4) coplanar type & others.

Five valve manifold combination of two instrument Isolation, two Bleed / Vent to gether with one Equaliser, in this 1) separate or remote mounting, 2) T-type, 3) H-type or direct

BONNET ASSLY. FEATURES
Design : Screwed bonnet
Bonnet : Back seat blowout proof
Stem : Rolled stem operating threads.
Stem tip : Self centering non rotating,rotating, regulatingand soft seated.
Bonnet Pusher : Silver plated for anti galling freezing for increased stem cycle life.
Dust Cap : Protects stem threads from ingrease of contamination. Colour coded identification.
Handle : Low torque operating
Sealing : Leak tight seal for easy operation of valve.
